Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Find that: <br /> 1)The Specific Plan III Environmental Impact Report(SPIIIEIR) has been prepared <br /> and certified;2) all potentially significant impacts of Specific Plan III have been <br /> addressed in the SPIIIEIR; 3)the proposed project is a subsequent activity that is <br /> within the scope of the SPIIIEIR; 4)the environmental review("Checklist")for the k <br /> project found that there are no effects that were not examined in the SPIIIEIR and no <br /> new mitigation is required; and 5)therefore,as provided by California Environmental <br /> Quality Act("CEQA') Guidelines Section 15168 (c), no new environmental document <br /> is required. <br /> 2. f=orward Major Subdivision application PA-0600641 to the Board of Supervisors with <br /> a recommendation to approve with the Findings and Conditions of Approval <br /> contained in the staff report; <br /> i <br /> 3.
