The project shall comply with applicable policies of the Mountain House Master Plan, the Specific <br /> Plan for the subject project(i.e., the College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III document), <br /> C and all other applicable Community Approvals. <br /> b. Minor modifications to street and lot configurations may be allowed by the Community <br /> Development Director without requiring a new subdivision map application or a revision to <br /> approved actions application. <br /> c. The existing residence shall be demolished under permit from"the Community Development <br /> Department. The permit to demolish the building shall be issued prior to approval of the <br /> subdivision improvement plans. <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and any other Development Approvals subsequent to the <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> i <br /> 2. Subsequent Approvals: All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals shall be subject to <br /> Design Consistency Review Committee review and shall be consistent with the conditions of approval <br /> for the Tentative Map. Final Maps shall be recorded containing the following note: <br /> "All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals within the boundaries of this subdivision map <br /> shall be subject to Design Consistency Review Committee review and shall be consistent with the <br /> conditions of approval adopted for the Tentative Map for Tracts 3670 and 3671 in Neighborhood D." <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and prior to issuance of development permits. <br /> 3.
