The MHCSD General Manager may defer a <br /> condition if bonding is provided and it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the MHCSD <br /> General Manager that it is not required. <br /> 12. Public lands shown on the tentative map shall be dedicated or offered for dedication to MHCSD at <br /> the time of approval of the Final Map in accordance with the PI_EP Ordinance, if applicable. <br /> 13. All street cross sections shall meet all applicable State Fire Code requirements as determined by the <br /> MHCSD General Manager. <br /> 14. Groundwater rights shall be dedicated to the MHCSD upon approval of Final Maps. <br /> 15. Whenever all or any portion of a local or arterial street is constructed, the improvements shall include <br /> the installation of all streetlights. The Neighborhood lighting shall be provided as required by the <br /> MHCSD Design Manual unless otherwise approved by the MHCSD General Manager. A <br /> Photometric layout of the lighting along with calculations showing conformance to MHCSD <br /> Standards shall be required. Street Eights shall conform to the MHCSD Technical Specifications and <br /> Standard Details. <br /> 16. Restricted access shall be shown on the Final Map and shall be in accordance with the Master Plan, <br /> the Design Manual, and the MHCSD's Specifications and as determined by the General Manager. <br /> Lot 2 shall show restrictions abutting College Park Avenue. <br /> 17. Recycling of construction wastes, such as wood and metal, shall be made part of the improvement <br /> plans and construction specifications for contractors in compliance with MHCSD requirements. <br /> Condition shall be met before approval of final maps. <br /> 18.
