Land use experience includes review of Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental <br /> Impact Reports, Notice of Intent, and other CEQA documents for Geological, Geotechnical, <br /> Hydrogeology, Hazardous Materials., Hazardous Waste, Seismic Risk, Slope Stability, and <br /> Ground Water issues. Mr. Fourt is the principal author of Stanislaus County guidance document <br /> for the investigation of soil and ground water contamination sites. He authored Stanislaus County <br /> guidance document for the ground water availability evaluation and monitoring for Onsite <br /> Aerobic Sewage Treatment Package Treatment Plants. He is the principal author USEPA Well <br /> Head Protection Area study in the greater Metropolitan Modesto Area which evaluated the <br /> Modesto well field and identified potential threats to the drinking water. He has evaluation and <br /> participated in the formation of Ground Water Management Districts (AB 3030 Districts) in the <br /> vicinity of Stanislaus County. Technical studies involved evaluation of ground water basin <br /> aquifer characteristics, capacity, and establishment of water budgets. <br /> M.3.
