The subject property measures <br /> approximately 34.71 acres in total. The topography of the Site is somewhat hilly. The <br /> general land surface elevation slopes slightly from southwest to northeast. <br /> 3.0 SITE HISTORY <br /> The historical uses of the Property were determined by reviewing the following, as <br /> available; city directories, USGS Topographical Maps, Historical Sanborn Maps, aerial <br /> (and other) photographs, County Assessor's records (Appendix A), Fire Department and <br /> Environmental Health Department records. <br /> APN #209-070-23. This parcel is located at 19530 West Grant Line Road and is <br /> currently owned by Joann Buck. The site is occupied by a residential dwelling and vacant <br /> farmland. A domestic water well is present on the property along with an abandoned <br /> well.
