Buck&Mendoza Property July 20,2005
Phase I Environmental Assessment
Page:4
Assessor's records address the current structures dating back to the building permit issued
in 1950 for the house and associated buildings (Appendix A). The records did not
describe any agricultural use of the associated land. No reference to underground fuel
storage or heating oil was made in the building records. The property owner has
indicated that no underground fuel storage tanks or above ground fuel storage has been
present on the parcel since the property was purchased
APN #209-070-24. This parcel is located at 19550 West Grant Line Road and is
currently owned by Josephine Mendoza. The site is currently occupied by a metal shop
building and vacant farmland_ A domestic water well is present on the property along
with a considerable amount of demolition material. The tenant present. during the
inspection indicated that he rented the shop building for. his restaurant equipment
business and was hired by the property owner to demolish a mobile home, garage, storage
buildings and chicken house. Nothing remarkable was noted during the inspection and
no environmental concerns were documented.
.Tr
r<3 .r `i "gyp[ ; sx..• v`•y' '1Mc_.'
Entrance to Property Former Mobile Home Site
t
y:a
z p,
4:
Domestic Well Metal 5ho Builders C
