The property owner has <br /> indicated that no underground fuel storage tanks or above ground fuel storage has been <br /> present on the parcel since the property was purchased <br /> APN #209-070-24. This parcel is located at 19550 West Grant Line Road and is <br /> currently owned by Josephine Mendoza. The site is currently occupied by a metal shop <br /> building and vacant farmland_ A domestic water well is present on the property along <br /> with a considerable amount of demolition material. The tenant present. during the <br /> inspection indicated that he rented the shop building for. his restaurant equipment <br /> business and was hired by the property owner to demolish a mobile home, garage, storage <br /> buildings and chicken house.
