Rick DeHoyos Property <br /> MS-91-21 --- Parcel Nos . 1 & 2 <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Rick DeHoyos property <br /> located at 19978 West Grant Line Road, Tracy, <br /> California 95396 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Permit No. 70-643 issued to Rudy DeHoyos on 8-26-70 <br /> for the residence portion of the test site <br /> location, Parcel No . 2 , was found with no <br /> repairs or failures noted since its installation. <br /> Permits for four other properties in the area along <br /> Grant Line Road were reviewed with leach line <br /> sewage systems and were installed between August <br /> 16 , 1965 and February 8 , 1988 . <br /> Existing Use⢠<br /> Parcel No. 1 --- this is an unimproved parcel with <br /> only grass growing on it . Access to it is provided <br /> by what appears to be a private graveled road off <br /> of Grant Line Road which also serves adjacent <br /> properties to the south and to the west . <br /> Parcel No. 2 --- There is a home and other improve- <br /> ments constructed on this parcel with the well <br /> presently in use at the the northerly end of the <br /> property in front of the garage. There is also an <br /> apparent abandoned well at the south end of the <br /> property near the west boundary. <br /> Soil Profile Test : <br /> Excavation to a depth of 12 feet was performed for <br /> the soil profile test on Parcel No. 1 at the <br /> location shown on the attached Parcel Map.
