The proposed <br /> z project would result in a less-than-significant impact regarding the provision of library <br /> f i services. <br /> !I Childcare Facilities <br /> The Master Plan requires a minimum of three,one-acre childcare centers within the <br /> Mountain House community located at appropriate, easily accessible locations. These <br /> centers probably will be provided at elementary schools like the existing center at Wicklund <br /> School. A second childcare center probably will be located in Neighborhood G. In addition, <br /> childcare facilities could be provided at neighborhood centers, at the Mountain House <br /> Business Park, and adjacent to churches and commercial uses.
