The sound walls shall be constructed consistent with the MHCSD Design Manual the <br /> g , <br /> Master Plan and as shown on the preliminary sound_ wall plans, unless otherwise <br /> determined by the MHCSD General Manager. <br /> C. The developers shall dedicate the necessary RM!to widen Grant bine Road to its <br /> ultimate width and construct the noise barrier at its ultimate location as specified by the <br /> General Manager of the MHCSD. <br /> D. Except when the MHCSD General Manager specifies otherwise, when a sound wall is <br /> installed on an arterial street, the adjacent street edge landscaping, sidewalk, and street <br /> curb &gutter shall also be installed. <br /> E. All walls shall comply-with Master Plan Policy Section 4.2.7, <br /> F. The 15 feet of retaining wail located within the easement between lots 47 and 50 is not <br /> allowed. Permanent structures, including fences,within the easement are prohibited. <br /> 22. Best Management Practices: <br /> A. To control erosion and sedimentation during project construction and operation, the <br /> developer shall comply with MHMP policies, MHMP mitigation measures, and Phase I <br /> and II NPDES permit requirements, including the preparation and implementation of a <br /> SWPPP that outlines BMPs to be followed to minimize erosion and sedimentation during <br /> project construction and operation. <br /> B. All non-residential (i.e. Office, Industrial, Commercial, Neighborhood Commercial etc), <br /> uses must perform a pretreatment of all storm flows before the flows enter a public <br /> storm system. The design shall be in accordance with the Storm Water Master Plan <br /> Update and NPDES requirements. The MHCSD shall review and approve the plans and <br /> the specifications for the storm pretreatment prior to issuance of the building permit. i <br /> C. The applicant shall construct catch basin filters and/or other source control Best I <br /> Management Practices (BMPs)for urban runoff from Tract 3646 as determined by the i <br /> MHCSD. <br /> D. Construction-Related Erosion: The applicant and/or contractor shall comply with <br /> applicable NPDES General Construction Activities Storm Water Permit requirements <br /> established by the Clean Water Act. Pursuant to the NPDES Storm Water Program, an <br /> application for coverage under the statewide General Construction Activities Storm <br /> Water Permit (General Permit)shall be obtained for project development prior to the <br /> issuance of grading permits. The applicant and/or contractor shall obtain coverage <br /> under the General Permit by filing a Notice of Intent with the State Water Resource <br /> Control Board's (SWRCB) Division of Water Quality. The filing shall describe erosion <br /> control and storm water treatment measures to be implemented during and following <br /> construction and provide a schedule for monitoring performance_ MHCSD approved <br /> BMPs shall serve to control point and non-point source pollutants in storm water and <br /> shall constitute the project's storm water pollution prevention program (SWPPP)for <br /> construction activities. Timing: All applicable permits shall be obtained prior to the <br /> issuance of grading permits for Tract 3646. <br /> 23. Storm Drains: <br /> A.
