If these agencies determine,based on the <br /> `D PEA,that the school site does not meet CDE <br /> siting requirements, the proposed school shall be <br /> CD <br /> developed at a different location within the <br /> College Park site, subject to clearance by a new <br /> PEA to be funded by the developers. If the new <br /> _ school site is required,the developers shall be <br /> responsible for processing the required <br /> amendment to the College Park Specific Plan III <br /> and obtaining and dedicating the new school site <br /> to the school district.
