According to Mr. Olivera, water levels recorded from a well <br /> along Grant Line Road approximately 400 feet from the San Joaquin-Alameda County border in <br /> October of 2003 are at 32 feet below ground surface (bgs). <br /> _ The San Joaquin County Community Development web site, "http://www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us/" <br /> was accessed on March 25, 2005 for information regarding zoning for the site. According to <br /> information obtained, the site the property is zoned AU (agricultural urban reserve). <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department (Building Department) website was <br /> accessed (httD://www.co.san-iogquin.ca.us ) on March 25, 2005 for information regarding <br /> structures historically or currently on site.
