In summary, Kleinfelder's assessment revealed the following <br /> information about the subject site: <br /> F� <br /> 9.1 FINDINGS <br /> The following sections describe Kleinfelder's findings and provide a general background <br /> information about the site. Findings include recognized environmental conditions, historically <br /> 4 recognized environmental conditions, and deminimus quantities, as applicable to the subject site. <br /> Business environmental risk issues are discussed in Section 8.3, Deviations. In summary: <br /> k+ 9.1.1 Background Information <br /> f According to Kleinfelder's interviews, a review of historical aerial photographs and topographic <br /> maps, the site has been farmed from at least 1957 until present. <br /> F4 9.1.2 Onsite Findings <br /> 1) On properties with a history of agricultural use, such as the project site, many <br /> underground pipelines may exist. It was common for said pipelines to contain asbestos <br />€ (e.g. "Transite"pipe). <br /> 2 Because of the historical agricultural use of the site, environmentally persistent pesticides <br /> may be present on site. <br /> 3 An AST is located near the eastern border of the site. <br /> F, 9.1.3 Off-Site Findings <br /> j 1) According to Ms. Lisa Dowdy, there is one pipeline under CSFMPSO jurisdiction located <br /> approximately 400 feet northeast of the site. <br /> 1 <br /> { 2) Two 55-gallon drums and an AST were observed on the property adjacent to the site to <br /> the northwest(20056 West Grant Line Road). <br /> 4) According to Mr. Hernandez, a septic system is located directly south of the adjacent <br /> house at 20058 W.
