The facility will utilize an existing 671 square foot office, a 4,177 square foot <br /> shop and a 525 square foot canopy. There is currently an enforcement case open on the property <br /> for operating a pallet recycling business without the benefit of permits. (Use Type: General <br /> Industrial, Intermediate) <br /> The project site is located on the northeast corner of Grant Line Road and EI Rancho Road, <br /> East of Tracy. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this proposal and will be <br /> recommending that the Planning Commission approve the proposed project subject to the <br /> following recommended Conditions of Approval. This item is tentatively scheduled to be <br /> considered by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on May 20, 2004. <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-0400127 was approved by the Planning Commission on . <br /> The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from <br /> the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied <br /> with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
