Specifically, the <br /> proposal will make the following modification to page 2 of Board <br /> Resolution R-63-313 : <br /> M. six-unit mobile home park <br /> eper-aters, employees, and agents ef the <br /> The marina is located on the south side of Grimes Road, one-half <br /> mile west of Tracy Blvd. , north of Tracy. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning <br /> Commission on March 16, 1995 . The Community Development <br /> Department intends to recommend that the Planning Commission deny <br /> this request due to the inability to make Use Permit Findings 1 <br /> and 5 for a mobile home park and because there have been no <br /> changes in fact or circumstances relative to the proposed change. <br /> Use Permit Findin s: <br /> 1 . The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, <br /> standards and maps of the General Plan and any applicable <br /> Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan; and <br /> any other applicable plan adopted by the County; <br /> This finding cannot be made because the proposed mobile home <br /> park for six mobile homes on 15 acres exceeds the maximum <br /> density of one dwelling per 20 gross acres for property <br /> designated A/G. This proposal also does not meet the <br /> requirements of the Mobile Home Parks chapter of the <br />
