• Live Oak searched both databases on September 7, 2018 for any listed sites <br /> within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either <br /> database. One listed facility was identified within one-quarter mile: <br /> • Beacon, 3440 E. Main St. This facility has a permitted underground <br /> storage tank (UST). A leaking underground storage tank case is also on <br /> file; the case is closed. According to information available from <br /> GeoTracker, three gasoline tanks were removed from this facility in 1993. <br /> Ground water was found to be contaminated, and remediation was <br /> conducted. A "no further action" letter was issued in 2014. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Site Mitigation and <br /> LOPs lists, dated March 2018, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of <br /> the Site. The subject Site was not included on the list. Four facilities were <br /> identified within the search radius: <br /> • Automotive Technology, 1137 S. Golden Gate, Hazardous Materials, <br /> Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage Tanks lists. This <br /> • facility is located over 800 feet west of the Site. Based on its distance <br /> from the Site and the types of databases on which it is listed, this facility <br /> is not anticipated to have impacted the subject Site. <br /> • United Gas (Beacon), 3440 E. Main St., Hazardous Materials, Hazardous <br /> Waste Generators, Underground Storage Tanks, and Site Mitigation and <br /> LOPs lists. This facility is located approximately 1,200 feet north- <br /> northwest of the Site. Information related to the closed LUST case has <br /> been discussed above. Based on its distance from the Site and the <br /> types and status of the databases on which it is listed, this facility is not <br /> anticipated to have impacted the subject Site. <br /> • Stockton Pharmacy, 3310 E. Main St., Site Mitigation, and Site Mitigation <br /> and LOPs lists. This facility is located approximately 1,200 feet north- <br /> northwest of the Site, adjacent to the Beacon. The cases for this facility <br /> have a status of "active environmental assessment." Live Oak review <br /> files for this facility available from the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. A Report of Phase 11 Environmental Site <br /> Assessment prepared by Applied Remedial Services, Inc. (2012) was on <br /> file. According to this report, testing was conducted to assess whether <br /> contamination remained at that facility from a possible former gas station. <br /> No evidence of significant contamination was identified in the report. <br /> Based on this information, the Stockton Pharmacy facility is not <br /> anticipated to have impacted the subject Site. <br /> • • Jim Stanley Asphalt Coating, 3525 E. Section, Hazardous Materials list. <br /> This facility is located approximately 700 feet south-southeast of the Site. <br /> LOGE 1838 5 <br />
