According to Toby <br /> Morelli of that office, no records are available for the Site address (personal <br /> communication, September 18, 2018). <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site address. No permits were identiified. <br /> 7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br /> 7.1 EPA Databases <br /> • The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated <br /> sites through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The <br /> SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, <br /> leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land <br /> disposal sites.
