• 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Hazardous Materials Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site address of 3510 East Guernsey Avenue. According to Toby <br /> Morelli of that office, no records are available for the Site address (personal <br /> communication, September 18, 2018). <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site address. No permits were identiified. <br /> 7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br /> 7.1 EPA Databases <br /> • The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated <br /> sites through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The <br /> SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, <br /> leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land <br /> disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br /> Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br /> DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br /> sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br /> permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> • <br /> LOGE 1838 4 <br />
