2 . Forward Zone Reclassification Application No. ZR-91-6 to <br /> the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for <br /> approval based on the "Bases for Zone Reclassification" <br /> contained in the staff report; and <br /> 3 . Approve Major Subdivision Application No. SU-91-8 (Tract <br /> No. 2459) based on the "Findings for Major Subdivision" <br /> contained in the staff report, subject to the "Conditions <br /> of Approval" contained in the staff report (and as <br /> revised below) , and subject to the approval of Zone <br /> Reclassification No. ZR-91-6 by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> Revised Condition of Approval: <br /> l . a. "A solid masonry wall, seven to eight feet in <br /> height, shall be erected to separate the existing <br /> cabinet shop and the proposed subdivision along the <br /> north line of Lots 2 , 3 and 4 to the east line of <br /> Lots 1 and 5. On the east property line of the <br /> cabinet shop, beginning 120 feet south of Guernsey <br /> Avenue, a chain-link fence shall be constructed <br /> with two gates (no longer than 25 feet each) . In <br /> conjunction with the chain-link fence, vegetation <br /> shall be used as a screen: " <br /> l. c. "If this tree is removed, five 5-gallon oak trees <br /> shall be planted in the subdivision. Replacement <br /> trees shall be of healthy commercial stock of the <br /> same species as that being removed.
