All utilities shall be underground except power transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. Public utility easements shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision and as required by the public utility companies. q. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for the County-provided utility services in an amount equal to the estimated fees for the period from the time the improvements are accepted until the effective date of assessment on the tax roll . Deposit of fees shall be submitted at the time of acceptance of the facilities by the County. r. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin ►. County standards and be shown on the improvement plans. 3 . ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: Ordinance Re4uirements: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. b. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter from the water supplier will be required which states that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the Final Map. d. Destroy the abandoned wells and septic systems under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. -15-
