The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> for the County-provided utility services in an amount <br /> equal to the estimated fees for the period from the time <br /> the improvements are accepted until the effective date of <br /> assessment on the tax roll . Deposit of fees shall be <br /> submitted at the time of acceptance of the facilities by <br /> the County. <br /> r. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the <br /> Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin <br /> ►. County standards and be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> 3 . ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Re4uirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits, sewer <br /> facilities shall either be bonded for or be in place, as <br /> evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required which states that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the Final Map. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned wells and septic systems under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> -15- <br />
