Trees shall be located a minimum of 4 feet and a maximum <br /> of 10 feet outside of the road right-of-way. <br /> C. The oak tree on lot 37 shall be protected as follows: <br /> 1. Sugarpine Drive shall be renamed to a street name approved by <br /> the Development Services Division. <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> e. The minimum lot area shall not be less that 6000 square feet <br /> for each single-family dwelling. Lot areas shall be shown on <br /> the Final Map. <br /> f. Corner lots shall have a minimum width of 75 feet. Those <br /> widths shall be shown on the Final Map. <br /> g.
