(DISTRICT 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Concrete Products, Inc. APN: 209-110-10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidia of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Hansen Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and is <br /> intended to become a private road. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> Proposed Condition No. 1 shall be revised as follows : <br /> 1. Hansen Road shall be improved ro County standards fora Rural <br /> Residential Road ( a feet wide) using a Traffic index of 8 . 0 from <br /> the northerly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> to the north line of APN 209-110-10 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 .2 (a) ) <br /> Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way, local industrial road across the frontage of <br /> APN 209-110-10 and APN 209-230-21. The improvements shall be <br /> designed using a Traffic index of 8 . 0 from the south line of the <br /> concrete bridge across the California Aqueduct to the southerly <br /> line of APN 209-110-10 and a Traffic index of 6 . 0 from the <br /> southerly line of APN 209-110-10 to the southerly line of <br /> APN 209-230-21. <br />
