4 <br /> Thomas M. Gau -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-49 <br /> Proposed Condition No. 5 shall be revised as follows : <br /> 5 . The project shall be served by a terminal drainage system which <br /> meets the requirements of the County when such service becomes <br /> available. The project shall be designed to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the development, which has the ability to be <br /> connected to a terminal drainage system. <br /> A drainage study shall be required to determine that h <br /> development will not have any adverse effect on adjacent <br /> properties . <br /> Condition No. 10 should remain as approved. The traffic study has <br /> already been prepared; therefore, this condition is considered <br /> satisfied. <br /> Proposed Condition No. 11 shall be revised as follows : <br /> 11. All imvrovements shall be ;n conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaauin. All <br /> improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the <br /> County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works.
