Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare <br /> or be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use is compatible with the <br /> surrounding area and will not have an adverse effect on nearby properties. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> This finding can be made because the proposed use will not Interfere with the <br /> adjoining land uses, and the adjoining land uses will not interfere with the proposed <br /> land use. <br /> Approved Conditions of Approval for Site Approval No. SA-93-49 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of <br /> the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permtts from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance Requirements.
