The parcel has a General Plan designation of I/G (General <br /> Industrial) and is zoned I-G/S-8 (General Industrial/Conditional Zoning). <br /> Background <br /> On April 17, 2004, the Community Development Department approved PA-0600514 for <br /> a construction and lumber procurement site (Use Type: Construction Services- Light) <br /> and a 159-space operable vehicle storage site for recreational vehicles, boats, and boat <br /> trailers (Use Type: Automotive Sales and Service, Operable Vehicle Storage). The <br /> project was never perfected and the planning application expired on October 26, 2008. <br /> On December 10, 2007, an enforcement case (EN-0701063) was opened for the <br /> operation of a construction business without permits and the project was referred to the <br /> District Attorney's office on September 4, 2008. On April 6, 2009, the applicant applied <br /> for the subject project. <br /> On July 27, 1993, the Board of Supervisors approved GP-92-13 and ZR-92-16 to <br /> reclassify the subject property from General Agriculture to General Industrial/S-8 <br /> conditional zoning.
