e. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> f. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> g. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> h. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> i. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> j. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) EDB, Arsenic, and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
