EXHIBIT A June 9, 1995 <br /> PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SPECIFICATION <br /> This proposal is based on Hawn Engineering Dwg. nos. S 1 & S2 dated 5-31-95, G&Z Dwg. nos. <br /> D-14722, D-14750 P&ID Dwg. no. C-14747, Sketch #1, Sketch #2, and Quartaroli Site Plan <br /> Drawing (hereinafter referred to as "drawings"). <br /> Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials as specified to install the facility as per the drawings <br /> and the following specifications. <br /> DIRT SUBGRADE <br /> A) Contractor shall furnish labor and materials to bring pad for the building addition to <br /> subgrade. <br /> B) Contractor has only included charges to do what grading is required to put area immediately <br /> around new addition back to the condition it was in at the beginning of the project. Nothing <br /> had been included for site grading, paving, stabilizing, or drainage. <br /> CONCRETE WORK <br /> A) Concrete finished grade shall be the same as the existing building. <br /> B) Contractor shall furnish labor and materials to bring concrete pad to grade for the new <br /> building addition to cover the polymer tank with materials as shown in G&Z Dwg no. D- <br /> 14722 and Dwg. #S 1 and #S2. The Contractor shall also furnish labor and material to bring <br /> the concrete foundations for the mixer to grade. <br /> C) Contractor shall also furnish labor and material to construct a 24" high concrete or filled <br /> block spill confinement wall around the polymer tank as shown in G&Z Dwg no. D-14722 <br /> and Dwg. #S1 and #S2. <br /> D) Contractor shall also furnish labor and material to construct drainage trench around three <br /> sides of the mixer and then passing out the East side of the building to a settling pond as per <br /> G&Z Dwg No. D-14722. A drainage trench detail is shown on Dwg. #S 1. <br /> E) Contractor shall also furnish labor and material to construct a settling pond as shown in the <br /> detail on the site plan drawing. The excavation shall be concrete lined on all sides as per <br /> sketch #1 and the concrete specifications as shown on#S 1. One end of the pond shall have a <br /> ramp for ease of cleaning. A roll over cover with wheels shall be provided by Owner and <br /> installed by Prime Contractor to allow pond to be covered during the rainy season. No <br /> containment fence around the settling pond is included. The drain line between the building <br /> drainage trench and the settling pond shall be 6" sch. 40 pipe and covered with compacted <br /> soil. <br />
