Interested persons who wish to contest this action may file an appeal with the Community Development Department. The ten-day appeal period will expire on July 30, 1994 at 5: 00 p.m. If this date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day. If no appeal is filed, the action will become final at that time. The approval expiration date is January 29, 1996.
