g. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4{e}{3}) Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. h. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed according to the requirements of Section 9-1015.5{g} of the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted, except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorist. Lighting details shall be included on the Improvement Plan. i. A minimum of thirty-nine (39) automobile parking spaces (2 spaces per 1,000 square feet of building and 1 space per employee) shall be provided for the approved use and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. Parking spaces shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a dust-free surface. The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. The required parking spaces shall be installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. j. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be permitted for the approved use; only one of which may be a freestanding sign. Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9- 1710 of the Development Title and be shown on the Improvement Plan. k. Installation and operation of the above-ground fuel dispensing and truck wash systems shall be subject to permitting by and compliance with the requirements of Public Health Services, the Office of Emergency Services, and the French Camp Fire District. I. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24). M. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator shall have prior approval by the Public Health Services (Environmental Division) before submission to this Division for permits and meet all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. n. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: 1. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). 2. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the*tow away' sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24) 3.
