Located in the <br /> Enterprise Zone on the east side of Harlan Rd. , 2700 ft. <br /> north of Roth Rd. , French Camp (APN: 193-270-20; 10182 S. <br /> Harlan Rd. , French Camp) (District 1) . <br /> APPLICANT: Teichert Land Company APN: 193-270-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area (this Property was <br /> taken out of the flood plain, now it is in Zone B as of February 9, <br /> 1990) . In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates flood risks, <br /> flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently being re-evaluated. <br /> The re-evaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San <br /> Francisco, California, 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re- <br /> evaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public <br /> Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the re-evaluation process is completed. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of ±65 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of +65 feet. <br /> 1 <br />
