COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS SA-94-29 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. The fee currently is $761. 00 per <br /> 1000 gross square foot of building as manufacturing or $197 . 91 <br /> per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-174) <br /> 3 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. The fee currently <br /> is $0. 105 per square foot of building as Manufacturing.
