SA-94-45 OF PHILLIP MULLER (C/O FRESNO TRUCK CENTER) --------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a truck sales, service, and parts facility for Delta Truck Center in a new 42 , 350-square-foot building and a truck terminal, with service facilities and an office, for Valley Material Transport in a new 13 , 680-square-foot building. The subject parcel is located on the east side of Harlan Road, one-half mile north of Roth Road, south of French Camp. The facility is proposed to be served by public water from the City of Stockton and on-site sewage disposal and storm drainage facilities . The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval . Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval : 1.
