SA-94-45 OF PHILLIP MULLER <br /> (C/O FRESNO TRUCK CENTER) <br /> --------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a truck <br /> sales, service, and parts facility for Delta Truck Center in a new <br /> 42 , 350-square-foot building and a truck terminal, with service <br /> facilities and an office, for Valley Material Transport in a new <br /> 13 , 680-square-foot building. The subject parcel is located on the <br /> east side of Harlan Road, one-half mile north of Roth Road, south <br /> of French Camp. The facility is proposed to be served by public <br /> water from the City of Stockton and on-site sewage disposal and <br /> storm drainage facilities . <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval . <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a . This approval shall be for the construction of a truck <br /> sales , service, and parts facility in a 42 , 350-square- <br /> foot building and a truck terminal, with service <br /> facilities and an office, in a 13 , 680-square-foot <br /> building. <br />
