Development Committee -3- <br /> SA-94-45 <br /> i. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> j . A minimum of forty-two (42) automobile parking spaces, <br /> including two handicapped spaces, shall be required for <br /> the truck sales, service, and parts facility (one space <br /> per 1, 000-square-feet of building) and a minimum of <br /> thirty-nine (39) spaces, including one handicapped space, <br /> shall be required for the truck terminal (two spaces per <br /> 1, 000-square-feet of building and one per employee) . The <br /> size and location of the parking spaces shall be <br /> consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the <br /> Development Title and be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> k. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be permitted <br /> for the approved use; only one of which may be a <br /> freestanding sign. Existing and proposed sign details <br /> shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the <br /> Development Title and be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> 1. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting <br /> ultimate right-of-way width, shall be installed across <br /> the developed portions of the site' s frontage on Harlan <br /> Road. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed <br /> by driveways, walkways, and existing structures within <br /> the required strip. All areas not used for buildings, <br /> parking, driveways, walkways, or other permanent <br /> facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020. 9) Landscape details shall be consistent <br /> with Chapter 9-1020 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. Undeveloped portions <br /> of the project site shall be maintained to prevent the <br /> creation of dust or erosion and shall not become a health <br /> hazard. (Development Title Section 9-505 . 7{h}) <br /> M. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with <br /> solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on the <br /> fourth side. (Development Title Section 9-1022 . 4(e}) <br /> Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be <br /> installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> n. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-1015. 5{g} of <br /> the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to <br /> confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted, except onto public <br />
