(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Steven Beneto APPLICANT: Roger Liston <br /> ADDRESS: 10830 S.Harlan Road APN: 193-330-28 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 to 60 feet and planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application.
