Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton
Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the
City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton
Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign
a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City,
and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall be responsible for all
costs involved if required to extend the sewer main to serve this parcel, as needed, to
meet City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the
entire frontage of the property.
2. The subject parcel lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities
District 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of receiving
City of Stockton sewer service, the property owner must annex to the District (sign the
CFD 90-1 MOU) and pay the District annexation fee (currently$8,669.82/acre based on
the acreage as determined by the legal map size) prior to permit issuance or map
recordation. Further, property owner must comply with San Joaquin County Health
Department requirements relative to septic abandonment.
