All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> The applicant should also be aware of the following: <br /> 1. City records indicate that the subject site and the adjacent parcel to the west(APN 193- <br /> 270-09)are not held in common ownership. Should access to the site be taken from the <br /> adjacent parcel to the west as indicated on the site plan,the applicant should ensure an <br /> appropriate reciprocal access agreement is in place, or said parcels should enter into an <br /> appropriate reciprocal access agreement.
