Harlan Road, French Camp <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. This parcel appears to be expanding with <br /> different business and this nitrate loading study shall address the cumulative <br /> effects of all three SA-98-14, SA-98-40, SA-9841. Any future development <br /> other than the previous mentioned SA's will require an addendum to this nitrate <br /> loading study. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from <br /> the Environmental Health Division.
