Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 5. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well <br /> information as required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion <br /> area). <br /> 6. In order for the existing well to be used and meet the requirements as a Public <br /> Water System, the applicant will need to satisfy requirements of C.C.IL, Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. The supplier must <br /> possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery <br /> of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1102.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 7. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 8.
