HARLAN RD., FRENCH CAMP <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. <br /> These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee <br /> of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test <br /> that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal.
