SA 98-14 Page 2 <br /> 10842 S. Harlan Road., French Camp <br /> 3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the <br /> time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that <br /> the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 5. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> showing sewage and well information as required by the improvement <br /> plan (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 6. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the number <br /> of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br />
