D. Obtain discharge requir6rnents from the California Regional Wa er uality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region,prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> E. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> OR <br /> Connection to an approved public water supply system is required(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> F. The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s)be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> H. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $190.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 1. If hazardous material is stored on site,applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> J. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> K. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> L. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br />
