No . 4 is to <br /> contain 10 acres . The dividing of this 40 acre parcel is for <br /> residential purposes . The only development on the present 40 acre <br /> parcel is in the northeast corner of the property . The rest of the <br /> property is devoted to grazing land for cattle and horses . The <br /> developed portion consists of a home , a mobile home , cattle and <br /> horse barns , a corral , a well and a septic system, all as shown on <br /> the attached "Location Map" . The undeveloped portion of the 40 <br /> acres is devoted to the pursuit of using grazing land to feed <br /> cattle and horses . <br /> TEST RESULTS : <br /> Parcel No . See the attached "Location <br /> Map" and "Field Percolation Data Sheet" , as well as the text of <br /> this report for specific soil layer character and location details . <br /> No groundwater was encountered in excavating the Soil Profile Test <br /> Hole . <br /> Well Water Analysis : See the attached four (4) "FGL Environmental" <br /> letters , two dated October 24 , 1997 and two dated October 29 , 1997 , <br /> as well as , the text of this study report regarding Nitrate and <br /> DBCP well water concentrations . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : A percolation rate of 60 minutes per inch is <br /> recommended for use in the design of a subsurface horizontal <br /> leaching field with a minimum usable disposal area of 12 , 000 square <br /> feet .
