Parcel No . 1 is to contain 20 acres . <br /> Parcel No . 2 is to contain 5 acres . Parcel No . 3 is to contain 5 <br /> acres and Parcel No . 4 is to contain 10 acres . The dividing of this <br /> 40 acre parcel is for residential purposes . The only development on <br /> the present 40 acre parcel is in the northeast corner of the <br /> property . The rest of the property is devoted to grazing land for <br /> cattle and horses . The developed portion consists of a home, a <br /> mobile home , cattle and horse barns , a corral , a well and a septic <br /> system, all as shown. on the attached "Location Map" . The <br /> undeveloped portion of the 40 acres is devoted to the pursuit of <br /> using grazing land to feed cattle and horses . <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> the percolation tests conducted on the Patrick and Alberta <br /> Gallagher property located at 13294 East Harney Lane , Lodi , <br /> California as shown on the attached "Tentative Parcel Map" . <br /> Soil Profile Test : <br /> A Soil Profile Test Hole was dug to a maximum depth of 10 ' -00" <br /> for soil profile reporting . See the attached "Location Map" and <br /> "Field Percolation Data Sheet" for specific soil layer character <br /> and test hole location details . <br /> On my "Field Percolation Data Sheet" , I have noted the soil <br /> encountered to be gray loam to a depth of one ( 1) foot below the <br /> ground surface . Between one foot , ( 1 ' 0" ) and five feet , (5 ' 0") <br /> below the ground surface , I noted the soil to be a reddish brown <br /> sandy loam. Between five feet , (5 ' 0" ) and 10 feet ( 10 ' 0" ) , below <br /> the ground surface , I noted the soil to be red sandy loam. <br /> The University of California publication entitled "Soils of <br /> San Joaquin County, California" by Walter W . Weir , dated June 1952 , <br /> refers to the soil in this general area as "San Joaquin Loam" , <br /> PATRICK & ALBERTA GALLAGHER, 13294 E .
