PA-0300638 and offers the following comments: j <br /> 4 <br /> Background <br /> On April 25, 2003, a building permit was issued for a previously built 2,400 square foot <br />! tent that was under enforcement. The building permit was approved for the purpose of <br /> storage only. <br /> Open Space/Resource Conservation <br /> I <br /> The Site Plan must show South Paddy Creek, the pond to the south of the property, any <br /> riparian habitat around the creek, and any oak trees on the property. If the oak trees <br /> meet the definitions, they,must be labeled as either Heritage or Native oak trees. A <br /> heritage oak tree is defined as a native oak tree that has a single trunk diameter of thirty- <br /> two (32) inches or greater measured at four and one-half (4%) feet above the average <br /> ground elevation of the tree.
