The oak trees, including their dripfines, need to be shown on the site plan, and each heritage and native oak tree must be identified as such. The applicant needs to specify if he is proposing to build around the trees or remove them. if any oak trees are to be removed, they must be indicated on the site plan. The applicant must comply with the requirements for riparian habitat and/or oak trees in the Development Title, if applicable.
