Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2). A review fee of$445.00 must be paid <br /> at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> B. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to final occupancy approval (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> C. Environmental Health Division requires construction of the package treatment plant under <br /> permit and inspection with a fee of$890.00 to be submitted to Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to construction (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> E. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> Page 1 of 2 F&M <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
