UP-98-18 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an <br /> air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe <br /> shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite <br /> each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> G. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation,Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> H. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 27550). <br /> I. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> J. The California Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 1, Employee Housing Act, Section <br /> 17008 states: "Employee housing," as used in this part, means any portion of any housing <br /> accommodation, or property upon which a housing accommodation is located. The San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division requires $35.00 per camp, $12.00 per person, <br /> and a plan check fee of$89.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) before an annual operating permit <br /> will be issued. <br />
