Herum OWNER: Jose Rios LOCATION: Harney Ln., 1000 feet E/Tully Rd. on the south side The following California Fire Code/San Joaquin County Ordinance Code (CFC) requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a Building Permit: 1. Fire Hydrants and Water Storage shall be installed according to Article 9 and Appendix III-A & IU-B of the CFC. 2. Fire Sprinkler Systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the CFC and appropriate Standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code: 3. All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire.sprinkler systems and water-flow Switches shall be monitored in accordance with Section 1003.3 of the CFC. 4. Fire Department Access roads and building access shall be in accordance with Article 9 of the CFC and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's Association. A second access shall be required. 5. Fire Extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with Section 1002 of the CFC. 6. Provide a"Key Box" for building access according to Section 902.4 of the CFC. Obtain an application for the"Key Box" from the Fire Department. 7. Fire Permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property per Section 105 of the CFC. 8. The fire protection system pump shall be able to function during a power outage or any other adverse condition as per NFPA 7-4.1.3
