May 30, 1999 <br /> To whom it may concern, <br /> I am writing this letter in opposition to the 400-man <br /> labor camp that is to be built in the Lockeford area. We as <br /> a community already have a labor camp in this area. We <br /> also have a sanitation landfill in this area as well. We don't <br /> need another camp; it is just too much in one area. Enough <br /> is enough when it comes to this labor camp. 400 single <br /> men are too many to have in one place. There will be <br /> problems and anyone who believes otherwise is not being <br /> realistic. Consider the decision as if the camp would be in <br /> your neighborhood.
