This report presents <br /> our findings. The purpose of our assessment has been to determine if there is a likelihood of <br /> significant site contamination from either on-or off-site sources. <br /> SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> We have been authorized by Aubrey Moore Jr. to perform Phase I environmental assessment of <br /> the subject property. Without prior written consent of the client, Raney Geotechnical will keep <br /> confidential and not disclose to any person or entity, any data or information provided by the <br /> client or generated in conjunction with the performance of the study. Provisions of <br /> confidentiality shall not apply to data or information obtained from the public domain or acquired <br /> from third parties not under obligation to the client to maintain confidentiality. <br /> EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br /> The Phase I (a.k.a. Level I) work summarized in this report meets and exceeds the scope and <br /> limitations of the 2000 American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard for Phase I <br /> environmental assessments (ASTM Standard Practice E 1527-00). Readily available information <br /> dates back to 1953, rather than the prescribed 1940 or earlier; aside from this, no intentional <br /> exceptions to or deviations from this ASTM standard were made during the course of our work. <br /> Our services are performed in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily <br /> exercised by members of the profession currently practicing in the same locality under similar <br /> conditions.
