INTRODUCTION <br /> Our office has been retained by Kjeldsen, Sinnock, & Neudeck, Inc. to perform a soil <br /> suitability study for the property located at 21250 E. Harney Lane, Lodi, California. The purpose <br /> of this study is to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage in light of the <br /> proposed parcel split. This study was performed according to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of San Joaquin County Development Title. This report presents the results of our study. <br /> II. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The subject property consists of a rectangular shaped 79 acre parcel located at 21250 E. <br /> Harney Lane,Lodi,California. It is proposed to split off a 5 acre section(Parcel 1)in the middle of <br /> the east half of the parcel. The proposed Parcel 1 will be for a new home site. The home site will <br /> be located at the center of the parcel residing on top of a hill with an approximate 780 feet set back <br /> from E. Harney Lane. The hill slopes 2%-7%with the maximum grade to the north and the south. <br /> A 40 feet wide road will access the proposed home site from Harney Lane. There is no proposed <br /> home site for the designated remainder. <br />
