Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report submitted on February 21, 2003, has been <br /> deemed inadequate. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum to this report shall be <br /> submitted and approved by Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The Soil Suitability Study submitted on January 17, 2003, has not been approved by <br /> Environmental Health Department yet. <br /> C. Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study shall be performed and submitted to Environmental Health Department with a review <br /> fee of$178.00 due at time of submittal. <br /> Page 1 of 2 ' 5`"� <br />
